Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end development and technical design for integrating AI agents across various first- and third-party chat and voice surfaces, guiding the team through complex performance and reliability challenges.
• Partner closely with Product Management, UX, and AI research teams to translate complex requirements into AI-powered customer support experience.
• Lead technical relationship-building and co-development efforts with key external partners to ensure their technologies integrate seamlessly with our platform.
• Apply deep technical knowledge in telephony, chat, or Generative AI to guide product direction and successfully navigate complex technical trade-offs.

• Experience building or integrating with communication systems (e.g., telephony, WebRTC, chat) and AI agents.
• Experience with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), or conversational AI systems, especially in the development of AI agents or agentic frameworks.
