Job summary

TJX Canada is seeking a Senior SRE Engineer to ensure our critical services run reliably, securely, and at scale across distribution centers, corporate offices, and retail stores including Winners, Marshalls, and HomeSense.

You'll collaborate with development, cloud, and support teams to build resilient platforms, implement SLI/SLOs, and drive automation and proactive detection to reduce operational risk.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and production support.
• Proficient in observability and monitoring across enterprise applications.
• Experience with incident management and RCA processes.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and continuously improve monitoring, alerting, observability, and reliability practices across critical enterprise applications.
• Lead major incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management activities to improve service stability.
• Partner with application, infrastructure, cloud, and support teams to establish SLI/SLO frameworks and operational best practices.
• Drive automation and proactive detection through telemetry, analytics, and AIOps initiatives.
