About the Position

The Canada Sales Team is seeking a Sr. Value Channel/Corporate Sales Representative. Reporting to the National Sales Director, Apparel, this role manages all sales functions for Value Channel volume accounts and designated Corporate accounts, ensuring profitable growth through full price and closeout sales. Responsibilities include account financial planning, assortment planning, developing and executing special sales initiatives, coordinating product showings, and order management.

How You'll Make a Difference
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for Value and Corporate Channel accounts to promote sell-in and sell-through of Columbia products.
  • Process and monitor orders from entry to shipping.
  • Negotiate close-out prices with key accounts to maximize sales and maintain profitability.
  • Coordinate with Columbia departments on product presentations and provide technical product information.
  • Manage requests for special product makes in collaboration with the Merchandise team and Sales Director.
  • Work with Sales and Finance teams to meet financial goals.
  • Regularly review sales data and account management with sales management team.
You Are
  • Excellent communicator, maintaining positive relationships across departments.
  • Knowledgeable in Value and Corporate Channels, outdoor industry, and sales strategies.
  • Able to analyze market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Experienced with confidential information.
You Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the outdoor industry.
  • Proficiency with computers, including CRT exposure.
  • Willing to work occasional overtime, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to travel 10-20%, including overnight stays.
