Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Technical Product/Program Manager to own the Alexa+ program within the Alexa Food team. You’ll influence technical decisions, coordinate cross-functional releases, and partner with engineering teams to deliver immersive Food experiences across devices.

The Alexa Food team owns Alexa recipe curation, cooking library management, and personalization of each customer's unique tastes and restrictions. As a member of our innovative team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting immersive Food experiences across various devices and endpoints. We have a number of new experiences we're building in 2026 and your contributions will directly impact millions of users worldwide in executing your charter.

You will get the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art LLM and GenerativeAI models in this role as you create delightful experiences.

Key job responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
