Amazon in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager for Alexa Connections to lead ambitious AI-enabled experiences.

You'll drive cross-functional programs spanning product, design, data science, and engineering, shaping how customers interact with intelligent, conversational features. You will own roadmaps, coordinate releases, and mentor teams while advancing Generative, Agentic, and Real-time AI initiatives.

Sr. Technical Program Manager, Alexa Connections

In this role, you'll work at the intersection of disruptive AI technologies and real-world impact, making a difference for millions of customers. As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, you'll drive the development of next-generation features powered by advanced AI technologies, including Generative, Agentic, and Real-time AI. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and data science, to design and deliver innovative solutions that leverage these AI technologies to enable seamless, intelligent experiences. You'll also lead the integration of these advanced AI systems into Alexa's core capabilities, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Key job responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
