Required Skills:
• Good experience working with business principles and a broad range of different types of business functions.
• Strong understanding of IS Methodologies, processes, and practices.
• Experience with systems analysis.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Effective planning and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to change and perform effectively under pressure. Experience in Financial Services and Wealth Management industries.
• Experience in Salesforce and Wealth Management/Asset Management applications would be an asset.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Liaises with business stakeholders and other teams to understand business objectives and design a solution that will meet their analytics and management reporting needs while ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• *Elicits requirements from business stakeholders through interviews, workshops, business process analysis, business scenarios, and user stories.
• *Analyzes and conceptualizes the design of the data solution, working with the Systems Architect and Software Developer to achieve the client stakeholder objectives through effective deployment of technology.
• *Analyzing source or target system data requirements and mapping the data to match the enterprise data platform design.
• *Identifying outlying data patterns and data cleanliness issues for resolution.
• Documenting the high

• Ensuring the quality of the solution by creating test plans and testing the results of the development meets the requirements of the business.
