Job Summary:

In this role, you will be part of the Brand Marketing team reporting to the Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing for the Dynamite brand. You will also work with cross-functional teams (within Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, Merchandise, etc.) to drive brand marketing strategies and integrated marketing.

Brand Marketing Team Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and execute annual marketing and go-to-market strategies;
  • Build seasonal/ monthly/weekly marketing and content strategies;
  • Product strategy and briefs;
  • Event planning;
  • Special activations;
  • Brand collaborations;
  • Philanthropic strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help deliver brand strategy vision and seasonal content for digital marketing and channel strategies (paid, earned, and owned) that align with the brand and company goals (short-term and long-term);
  • Develop omni-channel communication strategy to launch initiatives and programs;
  • Responsible for seasonal strategy building and communication with cross-functional partners;
  • Establish priorities to drive an annual view of our brand’s marketing efforts and budget;
  • Work to build integrated seasonal plans with all channel strategies and execution plans
  • Work closely with the Brand team to align weekly content cadence across owned, paid and earned channels, ensuring consistent, brand-aligned messaging across all media;
  • Own the brand marketing calendar. Work with Product teams to build seasonal priority calendars and product briefs that are shared with teams;
  • Partner with the Marketing team to execute and oversee all events, activations, partnerships, brand collabs, and go-to-market strategy
  • Be a leader in customer insights by utilizing insights, data analytics, market research, and owned performance metrics to evaluate campaign performance and build comprehensive strategies and hindsighting to refine channel and content strategy.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Marketing or related field;
  • 3-5 years of related work experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English;
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.
