Job summary

MultiTech is seeking an experienced frontend engineer to own user experiences and customer-facing workflows for mCloud. You will build high-performance dashboards to visualize fleet topologies, manage sub-organizations, and troubleshoot sensor alerts.

You will partner with Product, Design, and Backend teams, delivering intuitive dashboards, topology visualizations, and cross-org admin views. Expertise in React, GraphQL, .NET Core, Azure, Docker, and CI/CD is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted tooling to accelerate frontend development.
• Mastery of React, GraphQL, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Strong knowledge of testing: Playwright, Jest, Vitest, Cypress.
• Expertise in .NET / ASP.NET Core, EF Core, REST APIs, gRPC.
• Advanced Azure cloud knowledge: App Service, Entra ID, SQL, Key Vault.
• Solid understanding of backend integrations and authentication flows.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with observability platforms and UI performance optimization.

Responsibilities

Job description

You will own the user experience and customer-facing workflows of mCloud. You will build highly performant, intuitive dashboards that allow enterprise users to visualize their fleet topologies, manage sub-organizations, and troubleshoot sensor alerts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Provide dashboards, charts, and filtered views for sensor telemetry and alert trends to support end-to-end solution monitoring.
• Develop detailed topology visualization and cross-org super-admin dashboards.
• Unify gateway management and sensor data experiences so customers can move between fleet operations and troubleshooting in a single workflow.
• Utilize AI-assisted coworker tools to rapidly generate React components, GraphQL queries, and unit tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability, observability, and operational efficiency.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong emphasis on scalable frontend architectures.
• Proven proficiency in utilizing AI-assisted coworker tools (Claude preferred) to accelerate frontend development to improve engineering productivity, code quality, testing, and development velocity.
• Mastery of modern frontend technologies: React, GraphQL, Redux, Vite, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid mastery of Testing frameworks (Playwright, Jest, Vitet, Cypress)
• Expertise in .NET / ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, gRPC and GraphQL
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies, specifically Azure App Service, Azure AD B2C / Microsoft Entra ID, Azure SQL, and Azure Key Vault.
• Solid understanding of backend integration points, particularly interacting with GraphQL, REST APIs, and authentication flows.
• Strong experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker, alongside modern CI/CD practices.
• Experience with observability platforms and UI performance optimization techniques.

Preferred location is either Mounds View, MN or Toronto, Canada.
