Job summary

Environics Analytics Group is seeking an Intermediate Software Developer with strong front-end development skills and an interest in full-stack development. You will help build and enhance our web-based analytics and mapping platform used by customers across North America.

You'll work on a modern React application, collaborate with backend developers and product team, and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle from design through deployment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building production applications with React.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience building reusable component-based user interfaces.
• Experience consuming and troubleshooting REST APIs.
• Experience working with application state management patterns.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and accessibility fundamentals.
• Experience using Git in a collaborative development environment, including pull requests, branching strategies, and code reviews.
• Experience writing automated tests.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
