Job summary

Altis Technology in Mississauga, ON is seeking a senior software leader to design and deliver enterprise-scale software in a regulated healthcare technology context. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and technology leaders to influence technical direction, mentor colleagues, and set engineering standards while remaining hands-on.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive software development experience, including enterprise-scale applications and technical leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong expertise with version control systems, collaborative development workflows, and modern software engineering practices.
• Advanced experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and DevOps processes.
• Deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, SDLC, release management, and environment promotion strategies.
• Proven experience designing microservices, RESTful APIs, software integrations, and scalable enterprise architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction, mentor engineering teams, and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
