The Genesys Global Security, Privacy & Compliance COE (Centre of Excellence) team is made up of Security/Privacy/Compliance experts with the skills to provide expert services in support of all key stakeholders (Genesys Sales, Pre-sales, Customers, Partners, Prospects, external auditors etc.). The team is the single point of contact for all security, privacy & compliance related filed engagements. Team activities include consulting, architecture support, ownership of customer-requested audits and security terms contractual support.
The team sits within the Genesys Cloud business unit.
