Job summary

Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Leader to oversee large-scale, high-risk projects within OPS Gov Tech ON initiatives in Toronto. The role emphasizes PeopleSoft HCM expertise and ERP delivery for government programs.

The ideal candidate will manage complex projects, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure deliverables align with ministry standards, budgets, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager with PeopleSoft or other HCM projects.
• Experience delivering ERP implementations and PeopleSoft HCM applications.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Fluid and Classic Plus interfaces, PeopleTools and PUM upgrades.
• Desirable public sector OPS/government project experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides project management on large-scale, complex OPS Gov Tech ON initiatives.
• Ensures deliverables meet business requirements on time, within scope and budget, with focus on cost-efficiency, compliance with PM methodologies.
