Job summary

Softline™ Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large ERP projects (>$5M) with a strong focus on PeopleSoft HCM deployments and modern UI upgrades. The role requires cloud experience on Azure, cross-ministry collaboration, and a background in the public sector.

You will lead complex programs, develop schedules, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with government standards and financing frameworks.

Qualifications

Lead multiple large ERP ($5M+) projects.
Significant expertise in PeopleSoft HCM application.
Experience implementing PeopleTools and PUM upgrades.
Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform (RHEL/Windows) and Oracle Database.
Public sector project experience.

Responsibilities

Lead project management for large-scale OPS GovTechON initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery.
Focus on cost-effectiveness, efficiencies and compliance with OPS methodologies and frameworks.
Develop detailed project schedules and integrated plans; monitor and forecast costs.
Provide regular project reporting to senior executives and stakeholders.
Coordinate and onboard team members across various disciplines; resolve conflicts and resource constraints.
Manage complex budgets with multiple funding channels and cross-ministry dependencies.
