Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take a key leadership role in managing complex and varied construction projects. Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to implement effective project controls that ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Preparing, negotiating, and administering contracts for consultants, contractors, and specialists, including handling endorsements, modifications, and change orders.
Overseeing consultant performance and reviewing drawings, specifications, and workmanship to align with project goals.
Facilitating site meetings with subcontractors and professionals to proactively address challenges and resolve conflicts.
Tracking project budgets, managing change orders, and supervising on-site operations to maintain control over cost and performance.
Supporting schedule development and updates while contributing to contract negotiations.
Managing payment applications from clients and subcontractors, reviewing shop drawings and samples, and resolving technical queries related to project documentation.
Identifying and resolving issues during BIM coordination, ensuring timely correction of deficiencies and execution of project changes.

The Successful Applicant
- 10-15 years of experience managing ICI projects within a General Contracting setting, with a strong history of successfully delivering high-profile projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Skilled in using project management software and related tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline; PMP certification or equivalent credentials considered an asset.
