As a Project Manager, you will :

• Provide comprehensive management and delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Communicate effectively and consistently with stakeholders to align priorities and resolve issues.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive collaboration across teams to meet project deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Refine processes, improve efficiency, and maximize client satisfaction.

To do this job, you need :

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience will also be considered.
• A PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale projects, preferably in IT, Health, or Emergency Services.
• Strong expertise in project management tools such as Jira, SmartSheet, or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bilingualism (French / English) is an asset.
