Alstom is seeking an experienced professional to manage contract and claims activities across complex rail projects in Canada. You will work with Project Management, Legal, Finance, and Operations to safeguard Alstom’s interests and ensure successful project execution.
Role requires a law/engineering/finance/business background and 10+ years in contract/claim or project management. Strong English, analytical, and communication skills are essential for collaboration across functions.

A degree in Law, Engineering, Finance, Technical, Economics, or Business Sciences.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Contract/Claim Management or Project Management.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Ability to interpret contractual documents, including terms and conditions, technical specifications, and financial implications.
Experience with project management software, contract management systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
Operational effectiveness, accountability, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Willingness to bring forward creative ideas and innovative solutions.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on precision and transparency.
The expected compensation for this role is$110,000 – $150,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
