Job description

CDK Global is seeking a Sr. Program Manager primarily associated with OEM and Enterprise engagement, including short and long-term project-based work as well as ongoing certification requirements across CDK’s OEM and Enterprise customers.

• Work with OEMs, CDK Business stakeholders, Product, and Technology teams to manage end-to-end programs, providing documented artifacts for communication and alignment with OEM and CDK stakeholders.
• Assist in analyzing OEM enhancements to deliver strategic solutions.

Deliverables / Task Overview

The consultant will analyze requirement documents to ensure alignment of CDK Vehicle Service system offerings, including:

• Review current product offerings and identify alignment with OEM requirements for features and functionality.

• Elead Service
• Drive Parts & Service
• Review other CDK offerings for potential alignment.
• Ensure business needs align with product documentation, using established product management methodologies.
• Produce Gap Analysis documentation when needed.
• Work directly with OEM suppliers to define needs as expressed in documentation.

Assist in defining objectives and functionalities of requirements:

• Reorganize and document desired functionalities.
• Provide clear understanding to internal CDK stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CDK teams to meet business objectives related to application functionalities.

Perform ad hoc activities as needed, including creating workflow diagrams, screen mock-ups, and report calculations, and assist in defining work scope.

• Develop a well-defined roadmap in Aha for stakeholders, aligned with CDK’s CY23 Product strategy and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product teams to understand roadmaps and OEM initiatives.
• Communicate roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide consultative input for launch plans and execution.
• Support management and peers to ensure success, representing the voice of Product and Engineering, managing scope creep, and participating in meetings and educational opportunities.

Compensation: $89,000 - $115,000
