• Create detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Lead project teams, providing direction and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure program execution adheres to timelines and quality standards while proactively managing risks and issues.
• Promote collaboration among cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and operations personnel.
• Align project teams with other departments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work with IT managers to effectively allocate resources, including internal and third-party services.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure success.
