We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as Sr. Product Manager for our Core Exports program. Exports enables customers to purchase international products from around the world through Amazon.com marketplace. Core Exports serves customers in +200 RoW countries where Amazon does not have dedicated marketplaces, and we continuously develop innovative international business solutions to improve cross-border customer experience.

This role requires strong self-motivation and project management skills. The candidate should work closely with technology teams to develop automated solutions for complex international challenges. As part of the International Expansion strategy and technology team with global responsibility, you will communicate priorities effectively with stakeholders and collaborate with engineering and business teams worldwide. Comfort with ambiguity and solving cross-border problems are essential. You will address novel and challenging situations daily, working with multiple product and technical teams across Amazon's locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify international challenges across Amazon's business areas.
• Lead deep dives into complex cross-border use cases to enhance Core Exports capabilities.
• Innovate to improve the experience for Amazon's international customers.
• Contribute to Amazon’s bottom line.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop compliant solutions.
• Analyze data for metrics and decision-making support.
• Drive results through judgment and available information.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience owning or defining product roadmaps.
• Experience delivering end-to-end products.
• Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs.
• Prior experience as a product manager or owner.
• Ownership of technology products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to influence senior leadership through data-driven insights.
• Experience working across functions and with senior stakeholders.
