  • Partnering with business, technology, risk, compliance, and external payments partners to develop requirements that support payment modernization, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth objectives.
  • Developing and refining the product vision and long-term product strategy
  • Analyzing market trends, member needs, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform product decisions
  • Prioritizing product features, enhancements, releases, and initiatives based on business value, member feedback, and technical feasibility
  • Collaborating with leadership to ensure product strategies align with organizational goals and growth objectives
  • Recommending and executing pricing strategies, market analyses, and product pricing updates
  • Communicating product roadmaps, priorities, and performance updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Partnering with technology, design, marketing, sales, operations, and support teams to ensure successful product delivery
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to execute product initiatives efficiently and effectively

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, product roadmap development, and prioritization frameworks
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business partners
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to assess market opportunities and product performance
  • Experience using customer insights, data, and research to inform product decisions
