Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, shaping product vision, and ensuring product development aligns with Vancitys broader business objectives. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to prioritize product enhancements, drive innovation, and maximize business impact. This role combines strategic leadership with execution, influencing product direction while coordinating stakeholders across technology, design, marketing, sales, and member-facing teams. We are seeking an experienced product leader with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to bring complex product initiatives from concept to execution.
This is a Full-time, Permanent role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Senior Manager, Banking Products. Applicants may reside in British Columbia or Ontario; however, they must be available to work British Columbia hours. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands.

What Youll Earn:
This role offers a salary range of $102,900 to $133,100 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
