The Customer Experience & Integrity (CXI) Design team, made up of Support, Fraud, Trust & Safety, and Internal Tools teams, is responsible for turning the most critical customer pain points into delightful experiences. About the Role

1. As a Sr. Product Designer for Fraud, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our platform from fraudulent users while ensuring a seamless experience for our legitimate users.
2. You will explore the overall user journeys and develop innovative strategies and features to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, while minimizing false positives and false negatives.
3. You will create solutions that improve user satisfaction and support business metrics.
4. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (research, product, engineering, analytics, and business) to drive the vision and strategy.
