Sr Operations Manager - Strategy and Planning

We are seeking a strategic professional to join our Strategy & Planning team for Uber Eats in Canada. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, competitive analysis, analytics, and automations. You will play a key role in utilizing data-driven analysis to set strategy for Uber Eats Canada and help automate existing processes. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders across Operations, Sales and Account Management, Marketing, Public Affairs, and Legal.

What the Candidate Will Do

• Partner with stakeholders to build the strategy for Uber Eats in Canada
• Conduct advanced data analysis to identify business opportunities
• Develop and execute strategy for Uber Eats Canada
• Identify and implement automation opportunities within the business
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholder groups

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or consulting, ideally in tech
• Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
• Strong storytelling skills to craft clear narratives with data for senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications
