Position Title: Sr. Operations Manager

Location: Prince George

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Required:

1. 5-10 years of Operations or Maintenance experience in the Natural Gas Industry.
2. Formal education, a technical degree, or equivalent certifications; less years of experience may be considered.
3. Effective communication and relationship development skills.
4. Self-driven with a strong ability to prioritize work during periods of heavy workload and competing priorities.
5. Extensive operations or technical experience related to gas transportation equipment and systems (e.g., Pipeline and Compression).
6. Working knowledge of gas-related programs, processes, and familiarity with gas industry standards and best operating practices.
7. Extensive experience working with the Westcoast Operations teams and familiarity with station equipment.
8. Experience as a field-level leader.
9. Working knowledge of Management of Change, Work Management, Operations Training Programs, Operational Readiness and Assurance Processes, and best practices in Commissioning and Handover.
