The Impact You’ll Make

As the Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships, you will foster innovation and collaboration with key industry partners. Your role involves identifying technological innovations, building strong relationships, and staying ahead of trends to solve strategic challenges and maximize value.

What You’ll Do

  1. Develop relationships with senior industry stakeholders to pursue new opportunities.
  2. Stay informed on technology innovations and share insights with business leaders.
  3. Identify and meet prospective strategic partners.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities, acting as the main contact for legal, privacy, product, and procurement teams.
  5. Drive development and implementation of new products, models, and measurement solutions with partners.
  6. Evaluate, decide on, and launch new partnerships, including creating business cases and financial models.
  7. Communicate the business rationale for partnerships and updates on existing ones.
  8. Negotiate with potential partners to maximize success and benefits.
  9. Manage ongoing relationships, tracking progress, impact, and learnings.
  10. Promote a positive, innovative, and collaborative work environment.
  11. Lead communication with leadership on partnership value, risks, and opportunities.

Does this sound like you?

  • 10+ years in media planning, account, or campaign management (CPG, Retail experience a plus).
  • Proven success managing accounts valued at $1M+.
  • Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or Advertising.
  • Experience in omnichannel media planning with measurable outcomes.
  • 3+ years in business development or partnership management.
  • Experience in contract negotiations.
  • Strong financial analysis, modeling, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence internal and external stakeholders effectively.
