Job summary

Restaurant Brands International (RBI) is seeking a Senior Leader in Supply Chain Finance to drive pricing governance across Canada, the U.S., and international markets. You will lead pricing decisions for new products, manage cost analyses, and partner with FP&A, procurement, and marketing to optimize financial performance.

The role focuses on delivering accurate pricing, fiscal discipline, and strategic financial support for growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Pricing, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related function.

Role and Reporting

Reporting to the Senior Director, Supply Chain Finance for Tim Hortons, this role leads Supply Chain pricing and related financial management across Canada, the United States, and international markets. The position is responsible for restaurant back-door pricing and financial governance in support of new product introductions, commodity management, and broader Supply Chain priorities. The role partners closely with Procurement, FP&A, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to evaluate cost and pricing decisions, manage Supply Chain financial performance, and support business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Supply Chain pricing function, including the evaluation of pricing recommendations for new product introductions and other Supply Chain initiatives, ensuring alignment with product strategy, market considerations, and financial objectives.
  • Lead quarterly Supply Chain price-change cycles and partner with Procurement to translate sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and cost changes into restaurant pricing and Supply Chain P&L impacts.
  • Coordinate price-change and financial-impact communications, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely updates for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Lead the financial evaluation of commodity strategies for key spend categories, including coffee, sugar, and pork.
  • Conduct market analysis and partner closely with category buyers to assess market conditions, supplier proposals, sourcing alternatives, and coverage strategies.
  • Develop financial models and pricing recommendations to evaluate cost outlooks, risks, and financial impacts and inform commodity purchasing decisions.
  • Develop and review financial models to assess supplier costs, distribution economics, and other financial impacts.
  • Establish and maintain pricing methodologies, controls, and approval processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and appropriate financial governance.
  • Lead financial analysis of significant commodity and market developments, including tariffs, rebates, refunds, credits, and other cost impacts; determine the appropriate allocation and financial treatment across markets.
  • Manage and forecast Supply Chain financial performance in partnership with FP&A throughout monthly preview, close, and annual budget cycles; identify risks and opportunities and support delivery against annual financial targets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • MBA or CPA/CFA designation preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Pricing, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related function, including experience leading complex financial analysis and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, cost accounting, and financial planning and analysis.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to develop and interpret complex financial models and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to assess financial, operational, and strategic considerations.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including experience developing team members and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to senior leadership and non-financial audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with demonstrated success managing multiple high-priority initiatives, recurring business processes, and competing deadlines.
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with enterprise financial, pricing, and reporting systems is preferred.
Compensation

Base salary range of $135,000 – $160,000 CAD. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company’s long-term incentive plan.

Working Location and Schedule

RBI follows a 5 day, in‑office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week. This posting is for a position that will become vacant on or around September 2026.
