Why this role is important?
Location:Lead coordination for the SDM Initiative Management Committee (IMC), the monthly governance forum for all Front Store and Healthcare technology initiatives
Support the intake and prioritization processfor Pharmacy and Healthcare initiatives, including governance meeting support and sustainment of tools and templates
Lead planning and logistics for key internal team engagement forums
Prepare communication and presentation materials for senior leadership as needed
Partner across functions to support seamless collaboration and visibility
Maintain and evolve key planning and governance templates/tools used by the team
5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program managementwithin a complex business or healthcare environment
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage timelines and competing priorities
Experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level forums is an asset
Familiarity with planning, governance, or intake models is preferred
Post-secondary education in business, healthcare, or a related field is an asset
