Position Description
The Senior Manager, Pension & Benefits is accountable for managing the day-to-day operational activities of the benefits and pension portfolio and providing subject matter expertise in the design, development and implementation of continuous improvement projects and strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, the Senior Manager role leads a team of benefits and pension professionals.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time.
This position is eligible for full benefits including health and dental coverage, vacation time, sick time, personal days, LTD, life insurance and the opportunity to participate in the SickKids defined benefit pension plan.
