To plan, organize, direct, and control all operations within the service area of the Ramp or mid to large volume facility/Station, ensuring maximum service to customers while maintaining safety, security, and cost-effectiveness. Responsible for all budgetary, people development, and operational objectives for Station and Ramp operations. Accountable for the overall safety, security, quality, performance, and customer experience of Station and Ramp operations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A) or equivalent
• Six (6) years of business experience, including three (3) years in direct management of employees, their performance, and operational leadership
• Management experience within the past six (6) years
• Valid G license and a good driving record
