Hybrid Work:
This is a hybrid work position in Calgary, Alberta and requires in-person collaboration at our Distribution Centre in Balzac at least 4 days per week.
Reporting to the Vice-President Supply Chain and Procurement, the Sr Manager – Distribution Center is responsible for overseeing the full operations and supply chain of onboard products within the WestJet global network. This role involves leading the Distribution Centers team located in Balzac and Toronto, optimizing warehouse operations, and driving strategic initiatives to ensure efficiency, cost savings, and superior customer service. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with expertise in inventory management, demand planning, supply chain optimization, and continuous improvement. The WestJet Distribution Centers support over 9 business units in WestJet with over 350 shipping locations globally.
