As the Senior Manager, Commercial Sales, you will oversee the underwriting associates and underwriting support functions, ensuring service excellence, consistency, efficiency, and adherence to corporate risk standards. You will serve as a key resource to the underwriting team, providing coaching, training, process improvements, and strategic support during periods of elevated business volume.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with financial modelling.

Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home. Typically,you'llbe working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start/end times.

The expected salary for this role isapproximately $100,000.00- $110,000.00 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
