The Senior Manager, Business Banking Transformation role is accountable for the successful execution of operations-focused projects that drive measurable improvements across Canadian Business Banking. It leads the implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing our operations and uncovering cost-saving opportunities.
By collaborating with a broad network of internal and external stakeholders, the role ensures that each initiative is aligned with enterprise priorities and delivers tangible business value. These initiatives often span multiple business units and require strong coordination, disciplined execution, and a focus on outcomes that enhance efficiency and reduce complexity. The successful candidate will play a critical role in translating strategic goals into operational results that support the group’s overall objectives.
Leads implementation of strategic initiatives within group and across BMO by partnering with various internal & external stakeholders as required; complexity of initiatives may vary and usually involve multiple stakeholders across the enterprise Works across BMO to deliver specific project/program business results in alignment with overall group goals.

$92,400.00 - $171,600.00Pay Type:

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
