In this key role, you will independently manage medium-to-large sized, complex engagements for our clients, leading all aspects of service delivery from inception to completion. Typical projects include deploying mainstream and emerging technologies within hybrid-infrastructure, cybersecurity, cyber risk, and business transformation verticals.

As a Project Manager, you will partner with some of the most dynamic, strategic, and talented professionals working in IT today. Leveraging strong relationships with SMEs, Solution Architects, Sales, and other members of cross-functional teams, you’ll act as a point-person and project advocate to ensure successful project completion and results.

What you’ll do

1. Manage medium-to-large, complex projects independently, adhering to CDW’s PMO methodology.
2. Develop and execute communication plans using existing templates.
3. Establish, monitor, adjust, and communicate tasks and schedules to the project team.
4. Ensure scope is fully delivered with quality throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Take responsibility for project profitability, monitor, interpret, and communicate the project budget.
6. Identify, document, track, and communicate project risks and issues, assisting in resolutions.
7. Lead and facilitate internal and external meetings, adapting communication style and medium to fit the audience.
8. Assist in creating RFPs and proposal responses related to hardware, software, and services.
9. Support other pre-sales initiatives as required.

What we expect of you :

Must-have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or computer science.
• Active PMP and CSM certifications or equivalent credentials.
• At least eight (8) years of progressive experience in IT Program/Project Management or IT services management.
• Minimum four (4) years managing Enterprise IT Infrastructure Projects.
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS O365, Salesforce, Certinia, or other PSA software.
• Availability to work weekends and off-hours as needed.

Nice-to-have

• Experience as an Enterprise IT consultant for OEMs or VARs.
• Additional industry certifications in project management and ITSM.

Pay range : $103,000 - $143,000, depending on experience and skills.
