Job Description

We’re seeking top-notch Sr. HR Representatives to deliver outstanding customer service to our business leaders at distribution centers and regional offices nationwide. We need individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, seek meaningful challenges, and are committed to building strong customer relationships. You must be sharp and prepared to perform at your best every day, as this role is integral to our daily operations.

Role

Our distribution centers vary: some are standalone facilities, others are on-site with customers. Regardless of location, we are part of their team, invested in their success, and operate with full transparency. DHL Supply Chain is a world-class organization, and we hire only world-class talent—people willing to work hard and excel. In this Sr. HR Representative role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guidance and recommendations to managers on personnel matters impacting the organization
  • Serving as an advocate and counselor to hourly and exempt associates
  • Driving initiatives to support site climate and culture
  • Managing and conducting internal investigations as necessary
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and laws related to HR activities
  • Overseeing audit activities to ensure HR policy compliance
  • Training management in interviewing, hiring, termination, promotion, performance reviews, safety, and harassment prevention
  • Providing feedback and coaching to managers, actively listening and asking clarifying questions about associates
  • Managing staffing, succession planning, and associate development programs
  • Implementing and monitoring training and development initiatives
  • Administering compensation, benefits, and employee communication systems
  • Managing activities related to the annual EOS process and performance management systems
  • Maintaining HR data accurately within HRMS systems
Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or at least 5 years of HR experience
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
  • Experience partnering with senior management required
  • Proven leadership in organizational change deployment
  • Experience with HR metrics and analytics
  • Strong interpersonal skills at all organizational levels
  • Deep knowledge of labor law and HR best practices required
