A leading company is seeking a human resources professional to oversee HR services at their site. Reporting to the superintendent, human resources, you will be responsible for administering human resources services for the site. Working with HR, site management, and supervisors, you will be responsible for matters regarding employee relations, site recruitment activities, workforce planning, and the delivery of human resources and employment benefits programs.
In this role, you will:
- Act as a support for management and employees through coaching and mediation processes
- Ensure access and understanding of corporate HR programs and resources
- Assist in the management of employee performance and attendance
- Encourage the adoption and sharing of best practices in employee relations
- Work with sites administration group to ensure consistency and effectiveness across functions
Required:
- Bachelors degree in business, with a specialization in human resource management
- Seven to ten years of relevant work experience in human resources
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills are required
- Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft
Recommended:
- CPHR designation
- Experience using HR management information systems, specifically SuccessFactors
