The Role at a Glance

We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about solving complex problems in payroll and HR technology. You will oversee the development of our software features, ensure product reliability, and optimize our infrastructure. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end feature development from architecture to deployment.
• Implement systems to monitor application performance and meet SLAs.
• Maintain code quality, enforce standards, and conduct code reviews.
• Design scalable cloud infrastructure and automate deployment pipelines.
• Drive team efficiency through adopting new tools and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and server-side technologies (C#, .NET preferred).
• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Understanding of performance monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Commitment to clean, scalable code and automated testing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Dedication to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with AI tools and automation.
• Cloud management practices or certifications in AWS or GCP.
