Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Smart Answering

Work remotely as part of a small team developing AI-first web apps and infrastructure for thousands of North American businesses.

Note: The interview process begins with an online evaluation, followed by a recruiter screening.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members, review code, mentor peers, and support others.
• Design, implement, and deploy new systems within our service-oriented architecture.
• Develop React/TypeScript front-ends and backend components using Golang, Node.js, Python, and C++.
• Deliver timely, innovative software solutions to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack web application development.
• Strong skills in front-end UX and animation.
• Focus on optimizing load and render speeds on mobile devices.
• Experience building data-intensive applications with thoughtful design.

Preferred: Experience with two or more of the above areas in AI products.

Location: Remote/hybrid/in-office options across Canada. Salary range and specific benefits will be provided based on location and experience.

The estimated salary is $141,000 - $162,000 CAD plus equity, healthcare, paid time off, and other benefits.
