We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer with people management experience to join our dynamic team.

You will be responsible for :

• First and foremost, we are looking for someone with strong technical chops and a proven track record on our tech stack
• Beyond those skills, we are also looking for someone who can take technical ownership of a projects Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Contribute to overall sprint planningPlan, architect and implement new features following best practices.Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and promote continuous improvement practices.Collaborate with product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.Maintain and update documentationEnsure the SDLC processes and release flow are followedWork closely with Product Owners to discuss long term plansA team player who can keep an eye on the big pictureCollaborate with other teams to ensure that we deliver quality software
• 5+ years of experience as a full stack developer.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
• Proficiency in one or more of React / Redux, Nest.js, Next.js, PHP, Java
• Redis
• Docker

Education :

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Industry recognized certification in testing practices and Agile certifications are a plus.
