  • Build one high-performing portfolio team: Create a clear operating model, shared standards and an inclusive performance culture that strengthens capabilities, develops talent and improves speed, quality and accountability.
  • Portfolio Strategy and Brand Leadership: Set the multi-year portfolio marketing strategy and annual integrated marketing roadmap, aligning audience, subscriber, revenue and brand objectives across Sportsnet, television, streaming and radio.
  • Define and steward brand promises, positioning, architectures, identities and customer experiences, ensuring each brand is distinctive while contributing to the strength of Rogers Sports & Media and Rogers.
  • Translate consumer, fan, cultural and market insight into prioritized growth opportunities, audience segments and go-to-market plans.
  • Guide brand and product alignment across content, platforms and distribution models, ensuring a consistent experience from awareness through consumption and loyalty.
  • Act as a senior marketing advisor to business and content leaders, bringing a portfolio view to investment choices, market opportunities and competitive challenges.
