About This Role

We are seeking a passionate (Senior) Digital Designer to join our Digital Studio team. You will craft innovative digital storytelling experiences, work with brand guidelines and design systems, and collaborate with UX, content, strategy, and development teams to deliver digital design solutions. Reporting to the Art Director, Creative, you will help shape Okta’s digital presence, including our website and event-specific digital experiences like oktane.com. A strong visual design passion and innovative thinking are essential.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with Art Director, copywriters, and teams on conceptualization, content strategy, and execution of digital creative projects.
• Understand project briefs thoroughly and develop thoughtful design solutions.
• Present ideas clearly, accept feedback, and execute efficiently.
• Maintain brand consistency and high-quality design across all projects.
• Stay curious about design and industry trends, sharing insights with the team.
• Think strategically and pay attention to detail.

Your Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Art/Design or related field.
• Exceptional design skills and a strong portfolio.
• 5+ years of experience in digital creative environments, with B2B/tech experience a plus.
• Expertise in Figma; familiarity with Framer, prototyping, motion design, and web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript are advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with leadership.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects.
