You will modernize governance processes, operationalize governance-by-design practices, and leverage automation to improve data quality, compliance, and efficiency across the organization. You will translate governance requirements into scalable operating models, processes, and automated solutions, partnering with teams to drive adoption and risk management while reducing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, data management, business, computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Governance Operations, Data Quality, Metadata Management, or related fields.
• Proven experience implementing and operationalizing enterprise Data Governance programs with governance processes, controls, operating models, and governance-by-design practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive governance modernization, automation and continuous improvement across processes, controls and data quality.
• Establish governance metrics, reporting and assessment capabilities to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Lead initiatives to reduce manual effort and increase governance maturity across the enterprise.
• Embed governance practices with stakeholder guidance, training and advisory support.
