About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contracts Manager to join our team. You will act as the key liaison between our internal partner & alliance team and external partners (SAP), managing the full lifecycle of partner contracts, ensuring compliance, and tracking deliverables. Your role is critical in supporting strong partnerships through clear, consistent, and effective contract execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and manage partner contracts collaboratively with legal, procurement, and partner teams.
  • Monitor all contractual obligations and deliverables for timely compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contract-related documents.
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders regarding contract status, requirements, and milestones.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations, security, partner management) to align contract needs with business objectives.
  • Identify and resolve risks or issues related to contracts proactively.
  • Support contract negotiations and amendments as needed.
  • Develop and implement best practices for contract lifecycle management and documentation standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field; Paralegal certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, preferably with partner/vendor contract oversight.
  • Strong understanding of contract terminology, legal implications, and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to contract management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Experience with contract management tools or systems is a plus.
