Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers to craft seamless digital customer experiences.
- Write clear, accurate, and compelling user interface copy.
- Work with project partners and the Experience Strategy team to determine business objectives and content strategy.
- Make recommendations on user requirements, project scoping, and planning.
- Gather competitive experience evaluations and customer data to establish benchmarks.
- Contribute to content governance, workflow, style, tone, voice guidelines, and brand vision.
- Present content concepts alongside designers.
- Design in accordance with the design system.
- Contribute to team culture and quality standards.
- Manage and oversee design projects.
- Coordinate copy translation.
Skills and Experience Required:
Required:
- 5-7 years of experience, including at least 2 years in product or digital experience design.
- Expertise in writing, editing, proofreading, with experience in online, kiosk, voice, and audio UI writing.
- Understanding of interactive design, usability principles, and how content contributes to user experience.
- Passion for experience design.
- Adaptability in processes.
- Collaborative attitude.
- Self-motivated, organized, flexible, accountable.
- Knowledge of user-centered design and related disciplines.
- Strong UX writing portfolio.
- Familiarity with Figma, Figjam, Confluence, Jira.
Desired:
- Experience in related design disciplines (industrial, visual, human factors, etc.).
- Content strategy knowledge.
- Understanding of online marketing and advertising.
- Additional UX experience.
Education:
Degree in writing or design-related discipline.
