General Purpose:
The Department of Animal Biosciences' Meat Science Lab (CFIA Establishment 183) supports research, teaching and extension in all aspects of meat production. The Meat Laboratory includes a small scale meat packing plant for harvesting and processing operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
