  • Benefits: utilize an employee assistance program and comprehensive company-paid health, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family to support your mental, physical, and financial well-being.
  • Generous time-off: enjoy generous paid vacation time and personal time-off to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Talent development programs: Internal mobility, succession planning, and employee training and development programs are just a few ways we’re dedicated to your development.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 8-10+ years of experience in application support, service management, technical business analysis, solution delivery, or a related IT role within a complex enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and enhancing enterprise applications, including incident management, problem resolution, change management, upgrades, and operational sustainment.
  • University degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration (IT focus), or a related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and build trusted relationships across business and technology teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze data, document processes, and develop practical solutions to support business operations.
  • Understanding of IT service management practices, change management processes, and vendor-supported environments, with exposure to platforms such as ServiceNow considered an asse.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day operation of business applications by managing incidents, service requests, monitoring activities, routine maintenance, operational stability, and continuous service improvement.
  • Establish and maintain support processes, runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational procedures to improve service quality, consistency, and supportability.
  • Coordinate and oversee work performed by external support providers, ensuring compliance with service levels, quality expectations, and change management standard.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness through automation, self-service capabilities, and process enhancements that reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and with Digital Solutions & Support, Enterprise Data, Cyber Security, Cloud, and Architecture teams to develop and execute technology strategies that support business objectives.
  • Support ongoing application enhancements, problem resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing expertise across the application portfolio and related business processes.
