Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Business Project Manager to support a major regulatory transformation initiative with a leading Financial Institution in Toronto. The role coordinates business readiness and execution across multiple lines of business, ensuring solutions align with regulatory and internal risk standards.

You will partner with Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology and senior stakeholders to define requirements, coordinate remediation, and manage projects

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Project Management experience in Financial Services/Banking.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable deliverables and plans.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, risks, dependencies, milestones, and priorities.
• Executive-level communication and updates to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business readiness and execution across lines of business to meet regulatory requirements.
• Establish governance, manage scope and timelines, and identify risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate working sessions and coordinate stakeholders across Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology.
• Maintain documentation and traceability from regulations to business implementation.
• Provide executive-level project health updates to leadership.

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Business Project Manager to support a major regulatory transformation initiative with a leading Financial Institution. This individual will be responsible for coordinating business readiness and execution across multiple lines of business while ensuring solutions and deliverables align with regulatory requirements and internal risk and compliance standards.The Senior Business PM will partner with Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and senior business stakeholders to evaluate regulatory impacts, define business requirements, coordinate remediation activities, and manage projects from planning through implementation. This individual will be responsible for establishing governance, managing scope and timelines, identifying risks and dependencies, facilitating working sessions, and preparing executive-level updates on overall project health.This role requires someone who can operate independently in a complex banking environment, bring structure to ambiguous regulatory requirements, and ensure teams maintain proper documentation and traceability from regulatory requirements through business implementation.That traceability focus mirrors your previous regulatory Business Lead requirement, where solutions needed to map back to regulations and documentation was maintained for compliance and traceability.

Skills and Requirements

EQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years of Business Project Management experience within Financial Services / Banking
• Demonstrated experience managing large regulatory, risk, compliance, or business transformation projects
• Strong understanding of the banking environment, including business processes, controls, governance, and regulatory requirements
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into actionable business deliverables and implementation plans
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, risks, dependencies, milestones, and competing priorities
• Strong experience facilitating working sessions and coordinating stakeholders across Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills with the ability to provide clear project updates to senior leadership
• Strong critical thinking, organization, and problem-solving capabilities
• PLUSSESExperience with OSFI, AML, consumer protection, operational risk, or regulatory remediation
• Previous experience working across multiple banking LOBs
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certification
• Experience with regulatory gap assessments, controls, audit findings, or remediation programs
