Our IT Corporate Solutions Group (CSG) is seeking an experienced individual for a permanent, full-time Senior Business Analyst role focused on enabling Digital Platforms.
What you will do:
Participate actively in Agile Scrum practices such as daily standups, backlog refinement, planning, and sprint retrospectives.
Learn our technical stack and systems, applying changes to tools including all in M365 such as Copilot, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.
Support the usage of AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, and others.
Work directly with vendors to stay informed about upcoming changes and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with business partners to understand their processes and requirements, proposing suitable solutions.
Support and train key stakeholders on the use of M365 features and updates.
Quickly learn, evaluate, and apply new concepts and technologies.
Lead the development of testing strategies (automated/manual) and improve technical safety for our portfolio.
Develop standards, patterns, and practices to enhance business processes and systems.
Ensure documentation is maintained and knowledge is transferred within the team and department.
Proactively communicate critical changes to other teams within the department.
Resolve complex production issues across multiple systems and technologies.
Design, develop, and build application technologies according to standards and business needs.
Peer review code and configurations to maintain operational integrity.
Provide day-to-day support for applications and services in our portfolio.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or related field, with 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
Passion for the M365 Suite and comprehensive knowledge of its components.
Strong knowledge of Power Platforms, including PowerAutomate and PowerBI.
Experience with AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
Understanding of governance and operating models for safe and efficient M365 service delivery (PowerApps, Copilot Agents).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with end-to-end ownership capability.
Professionalism, integrity, quantitative skills, and ability to prioritize and work collaboratively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and 3-5 years’ experience with Azure DevOps.
Excellent knowledge of software development, SaaS applications, and configuration versus customization.
Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure.
DevOps experience is an asset.
Experience in digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness.
