Our IT Corporate Solutions Group (CSG) is seeking an experienced individual for a permanent, full-time Senior Business Analyst role focusing on Digital Platforms.

What you will do:
  • Participate actively in Agile Scrum practices such as daily standups, backlog refinement, planning, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Learn our technical stack and systems, applying changes to tools including all in M365 like Copilot, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.
  • Support the usage of AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and others.
  • Work directly with vendors to stay informed about upcoming changes and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand processes and requirements, proposing suitable solutions.
  • Support and train key stakeholders on M365 features and updates.
  • Quickly learn, evaluate, and apply new concepts and technologies.
  • Lead the development of testing strategies (automated/manual) to improve technical safety.
  • Develop standards, patterns, and practices to enhance business processes and systems.
  • Ensure documentation is maintained and knowledge is transferred within the team.
  • Communicate critical changes proactively to other teams.
  • Resolve complex production issues across multiple systems and technologies.
  • Design, develop, and build application technologies per standards and business needs.
  • Peer review code and configurations to ensure operational integrity.
  • Provide day-to-day support for applications/services in our portfolio.
What you bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or related field with 7+ years’ experience.
  • Passion for the M365 Suite, with comprehensive knowledge of all components.
  • Strong knowledge of PowerPlatforms, including PowerAutomate and PowerBI.
  • Experience with AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
  • Understanding of Governance and Operating models for M365 services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with end-to-end ownership capability.
  • Professionalism, integrity, strong quantitative skills, and ability to prioritize.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and 3-5 years’ experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of software development, SaaS applications, configuration vs. customization.
  • Understanding of Azure cloud platforms.
  • DevOps experience is a plus.
  • Experience in digital transformation initiatives.
