Our IT Corporate Solutions Group (CSG) is hiring a permanent, full-time Senior Business Analyst to enable Digital Platforms.

What you will do:

• Participate actively in Agile Scrum practices such as daily standups, backlog refinement, planning, and retrospectives
• Learn our technical stack and systems, including tools in M365 like Copilot, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform, applying changes as needed
• Support the use of AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, and others
• Work with vendors to stay informed about upcoming changes and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with business partners to understand processes and propose solutions
• Support and train stakeholders on M365 features and updates
• Quickly learn, evaluate, and apply new technologies and concepts
• Lead testing strategies, including automated and manual testing, to improve safety
• Develop standards and practices to optimize business processes and systems
• Maintain documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team and department
• Communicate critical changes proactively to relevant teams
• Resolve complex production issues across systems and technologies
• Design, develop, and build application technologies per standards and requirements
• Peer review code and configurations to ensure operational integrity
• Provide daily support for applications and services

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or related field, with 7+ years’ experience
• Passion for M365 suite and comprehensive knowledge of its components

• Experience with AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• Understanding of governance and operating models for M365 services (PowerApps, Copilot)
