As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work within the eCommerce and Digital Marketing group at "Client" Digital. Your role involves leading business requirements gathering and documentation (user stories and epics) across three global regions, collaborating closely with peers. Your responsibilities extend beyond traditional requirements analysis to include current state analysis, envisioning and designing new business architectures, and developing business cases and models for innovative solutions, products, and a new business group within "Client".
What You'll Do :
- Lead the collection and documentation of detailed business requirements (user stories and epics) from various stakeholders.
- Engage with customers, analyze business needs, and conduct needs and gap analyses through insightful questioning.
- Identify business objectives, strategies, and needs; develop high-level business cases and briefs for digital solutions, products, or processes.
- Map processes, scope projects, and design business architectures.
- Influence strategic planning and contribute to program and project leadership.
- Recommend impactful solutions to improve profitability or organizational effectiveness.
- Present to and influence senior and executive management, balancing technical and business considerations.
- Mentor colleagues and demonstrate thought leadership.
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams within "Client" Digital and across regions to understand and clarify business processes and requirements.
- Coordinate with Technical Delivery Teams to clarify technical solutions for new and existing functionalities.
- Foster an open, collaborative environment.
- Identify and challenge the status quo by uncovering unseen opportunities.
Who You Are (Skills & Knowledge) :
- Hold undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or Marketing; an MBA is advantageous.
- Have 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Possess a data-driven and customer-centric mindset.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with customers and teams.
- Proficient in analyzing complex systems and designing thoughtful solutions.
- Knowledgeable about project methodologies such as PMP, Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and Lean.
- Familiar with JIRA is beneficial.
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools.
- Strong persuasion skills, capable of captivating audiences during presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
